Cancellation Policies

Only the orders which are still pending or under-process can be canceled. If your order is moved or shipped from our company then it will not be canceled in any case. You agree that if you cancel the order after the package has been shipped, then the shipping charges with taxes will be deducted from your payment. 

In case you cancel the order before the shipment of the package, then we will refund you the full amount that you pay to us within 10 to 15 working days. 

If the order is prepaid and the customer did not accept, receive or collect the order after delivery or return the package to the courier, then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and only the remaining amount will be refunded. 

If the order is failed or is canceled and the money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or bank account.

Return Policies

In order to protect the customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or missing parts, etc. We are offering 48 hours of replacement time from the time of delivery. You agree that it is your responsibility to inform us by our communication methods about the damaged product or package by sending media files (photos and videos) of the damaged package or product. 

Our technical team will inspect and verify the details visually and will issue a replacement order. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. 

In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund to you. You agree that if you don’t raise a complaint by informing us by our communication methods against the damage and faulty product or package obtained by you with proof in the given time period, we are not responsible for the replacement of the product or package. Furthermore, no replacement or refund will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Refund Policies

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company or payments apps, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns Policies

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping order policies

We only ship your orders through reputed courier agencies to ensure the safety and good condition of the product in the fastest delivery time possible. We can deliver the products all over India. Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the package or the product is not in good condition or if the packing is damaged. And if you refuse to accept the package, then it is your responsibility to inform us through our communication methods by mentioning your order details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that the replacement process shall take place for you as soon as possible.

  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Delivery and shipping timing

Your shipment depends on the availability of the product and the timing of your order placement. 98% of our orders shipped on the same day or within the first 24 hours of the order. We do our best to ship your order within the same day of the order. We only ship the orders on week working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Public holidays or government holidays. No shipment takes place on Sunday. All orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. The maximum delivery time is 4 to 15 days to anywhere in India. Although the shipping companies have their own methods to ship the packages, that’s why the delivery time is unpredictable. Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.
